A particularly innovative feature among the programme’s integrative educational services is the MyMentor! project, which allows each student to engage individually, over the course of a semester, with a mentor (a manager, consultant or entrepreneur) willing to guide them in understanding workplace dynamics and planning the first steps of their professional journey.
The Orientamentee programme supports participants in gaining greater awareness of their own aptitudes and professional inclinations, ultimately enabling them to conduct an independent assessment of their competences.
