Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore undertakes to make its website accessible, in accordance with Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004. This accessibility statement applies to:  www.unicatt.it

This website is partially compliant with the requirements of Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.

Non-accessible content

The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reason: non-compliance with law no. 4 of 9 January 2004.

  • C.9.1.1.1 - Some non-text content presented to the user does not have an equivalent text alternative that serves the same purpose;
  • C.9.1.2.3 - For some pre-recorded multimedia, no alternative nor audio description are provided;
  • C.9.1.2.5 - For some pre-recorded video content, no audio description is provided;
  • C.9.1.3.1 - In some cases, information, structure or correlations conveyed by the page presentation cannot be  programmatically determined (or are not available via text);
  • C.9.1.3.5 - The purpose of some input fields accepting specific data is not correctly communicated to the aids or has not been implemented correctly;
  • C.9.1.4.4 - Some texts, with the exception of subtitles and images containing text, cannot be resized up to 200 per cent without using assistive technologies and without losing content and functionality;

  • C.9.3.3.1 - In some cases, when an input error is automatically detected, the element involved in the error is not identified and/or the error is not described in text;
  • C.9.3.2 - In some cases, no labels or instructions are provided when the content requires user input actions;
  • C.9.4.1.2 - In some cases, user interface components (including form elements, links and scripted components...), name, role, states, properties and values are not correct or set, or the user and their assistive technologies are not notified when these change.

The assessment was carried out by a third party through objective and subjective analyses (see Article 3(1) of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523).

The statement was last reviewed on 27/06/2025, in compliance with the recommendation to periodically (at least annually) review the accuracy of the statements in this accessibility statement.
