Study plan and calendar

The study plan is defined by the School's Board of Directors, which takes care of the program of the individual courses and the practical activities planned, defines the names of the teachers who are entrusted with the coordination of the various disciplines included in the program and the names of the teachers who will carry out the lessons. The work plan planned for those admitted is aimed at achieving the training objective to be achieved for all participants through didactic and practical activities related to the following areas and related scientific-disciplinary sectors:

  • Area A: first year
    Theoretical and jurisprudential insights and practical activities in the field of civil law, civil procedure law, criminal procedure law, criminal law, commercial law, administrative law, fundamentals of European law, European Union law, labour and social security law, as well as elements of legal informatics, state and public body accounting, economics and industrial accounting.
  • Area B: second year
    Forensic Judicial Address
    In-depth disciplinary studies and practical activities in the subjects covered by the competition tests for judicial auditors and the entrance exam to the bar according to the regulations in force, taking into account the educational background and the level of preparation of the students, in the other subjects referred to in area "A", in ecclesiastical law, as well as in the field of judicial and forensic ethics, the judicial and forensic system, communication technique and argumentation.
  • Area C: second year
    Notary address

    Theoretical and jurisprudential insights and practical activities in the field of personal law, family law, inheritance law, property and property rights, real estate advertising law, obligations and contract law, securities law, business and company law, non-contentious jurisdiction, urban planning and public housing law, tax law, notarial legislation and ethics.

Lecture calendar

FIRST YEAR: Classes start in November and end in May and take place 3 days a week from Tuesday to Thursday from 15.00 to 19.00.
II YEAR: classes start in September and end in March and take place 3 days a week from Tuesday to Thursday from 15.00 to 19.00.
