Ministerial Decree no. 17 of 9 February 2018 (Regulation governing training courses for access to the profession of lawyer) implements the provisions of Article 43 of the Professional Law, which provide - in addition to legal practice - for the compulsory attendance of professional training courses for a period of not less than 18 months.
The School of Specialization for the Legal Professions, thanks to the multidisciplinary approach , scientific expertise and professional experience of its teachers, activates, in agreement with the Milan Bar Association and the Piacenza Bar Association, the mandatory training course for access to the profession of lawyer for targeted and effective preparation, with a view to developing skills, attitudes and competences essential for practising law and for access to the profession.
