Fees and contributions

Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, in line with the fundamental principles referred to in its Statute, such as equity and justice, has decided for several years to adopt its own "General Regulations for the Determination of University Fees".
The annual definition of university fees and contributions is therefore carried out by means of a system which, taking into account various income and family elements, combined with a wide range of reductions and concessions, has as its objective the determination of the actual ability to pay.

Università Cattolica's annual fees and contributions are divided into five instalments.

The first instalment, and the second, have a fixed amount.
The third, fourth and fifth instalments vary according to family income, the degree programme chosen and the size of the household.

The first instalment must be paid at the time of enrolment and the second by December of the year of enrolment.

The third, fourth and fifth instalments, of varying amounts, are due respectively:

  • end of January;
  • end of March;
  • end of May.

The calculation is made on the basis of actual income, with the exception of degree courses with fixed taxation*, to ensure a contribution proportionate to the real economic capacity of families.

The amount varies from a minimum of €3,300 to a maximum of €11,300 for all courses, with the exception of those of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery*, for which the contribution range ranges from €3,202 to €15,148.

The maximum contribution bracket is applied for equivalent family income above €150,000.

To obtain an estimate, for all courses, except those of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery.

For the programmes of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery , please refer to the use of the REDD1/A form (ITA) and to the General Regulations, depending on the degree course chosen.

* Here are the courses with a fixed fee: Primary Education Sciences,  Economics and Business Management - Service Management profile, European studies in investor relations and financial communication, Medicine and surgery (Rome campus),  Medicine and surgery with a technological focus, Cosmetic science and technology.

Università Cattolica supports the right to education and for this reason promotes and offers a wide range of financial benefits
