Educational activities

The School's teaching activities are carried out in accordance with the educational system and on the basis of a calendar established at the beginning of each academic year by the Board of Directors, in the period between October and May of the following year, for a total of over 800 hours of teaching activities in the two-year period, of which at least 50% are dedicated to practical activities. with a minimum limit of 150 hours per year for internships and traineeships.

The teaching activity consists of special hourly modules dedicated respectively to theoretical and jurisprudential in-depth study and to practical activities such as exercises, discussion and simulations of cases, internships and internships, public discussion of topics, judicial acts, notarial deeds, judgments and opinions drafted by the students, and implies the adoption of any teaching methodology that favors the involvement of the student and that allows the development of concrete skills in solving specific problems. Legal issues. Each lesson will normally take up two hours of teaching, in order to allow a sufficiently in-depth treatment of each topic addressed, both from a theoretical point of view and from that of professional practice.

The lectures, in addition to allowing an in-depth theoretical study of specific topics that for the most part should already be known thanks to university courses, will develop the operational aspects, with reference to the jurisprudential orientations. The exercises will also take place each for two hours: they will consist, in addition to the examination and discussion of cases, also in the correction and discussion of the topics that will have been assigned to the participants and carried out in writing.

As part of the exercises, there will be at least two written tests to be carried out in the classroom in each of the following subjects: Civil Law, Civil Procedure Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Administrative Law.


Internships and traineeships will be carried out in professional firms of lawyers or notaries, or in judicial offices, in agreement with the Bar Association, the Notarial Council and the Judicial Council, also taking into account the indications of the individual participants. The aim is to facilitate professional choices through direct knowledge of the world of work and to create moments of alternation between study and work in the context of training processes, through learning that is not only theoretical, but also integrated with practical experiences.
