Board of Directors
The Board of Directors takes care of the organizational management of the school and defines the programming of educational activities. It is composed of twelve members, six of whom are university professors of law and economics appointed by the Faculty of Law Council of Università Cattolica; two ordinary magistrates, two lawyers and two notaries chosen by the Council of the Faculty of Law, from three shortlists of four names formulated respectively by the Superior Council of the Judiciary, the National Bar Council and the National Council of Notaries.
The Board of Directors is appointed by Rector's Decree of the Rector of Università Cattolica and serves for a term of four years. The Director is elected by the Board from among tenured university professors.
