Students enrolling in the first year of of a graduate degree programme at the Faculty of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Sciences of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore – Piacenza/Cremona Campus may be eligible for tuition fee exemptions awarded based on merit.

The graduate degree programme in Food Science and Technology, structured in two profiles:

  • Food Technology curriculum
  • Food Safety curriculum

It aims to provide the scientific knowledge and technical skills to:

  • the management of agro-industrial supply chains and processes
  • the constant improvement of food products in a qualitative and economic sense

ensuring the sustainability and eco-compatibility of industrial activities and incorporating innovations into specific activities.
