The aim of the curriculum is to provide basic training and operational and laboratory expertise in the food sector. It allows you to develop skills in the field of food production, processing, storage and distribution activities and in those related to food quality, safety and sustainability control.

This curriculum is based on a training course that consolidates interdisciplinary skills with a specialization in the field of oenology, qualifying for the profession of oenologist in Italy and Europe. It allows students to acquire scientific and technical skills to operate on the entire production chain of the wine sector.

It is the first curriculum in Italy entirely focused on the sustainability of agri-food production in the Food Valley.
