Training modules, also open to Faculty students, on topics such as: education to differences to generate talents, gender socialization, enhancement of gender interactions.

Involvement in a working group on a particularly innovative project. The activity carried out will be recognized as a curricular internship.

Involvement in an activity that involves observing a professional in their work to gain a better understanding of the role. The purpose of shadowing is to gain insight rather than hands-on experience. For the same purpose, participation in meetings, moments of exchange of experiences and networking opportunities with managers could be formative. Participants will be awarded 1 supernumerary ECTS.

Invitation to participate in events with authoritative people in the reference sector, to get to know and introduce new professionals and to increase professional contacts. Participation will encourage an active role by sharing personal opinions and experiences.

Availability of managers with relevant experience in different fields of activity for personal dialogues and receive feedback and suggestions.
The career counselor will support female students in approaching their professional future to:

• orient towards the strengthening of specific professional skills and illustrate specific aspects related to career and personal development
• support understanding of the current labour market and suggest ways to deal with situations and contexts that often seem complex
• Offer advice on how best to conduct a job search and develop action plans
• provide specific tips on how to write your personal CV, how to apply for a position, and how to prepare for an interview
