"BCC BankHER" is a program of the BCC Iccrea Group dedicated to the enhancement of female talents in the banking sector, with particular attention to STEM skills. The aim is to encourage the entry of women into the Group, promoting an inclusive environment open to diversity through dedicated initiatives and testimonies from internal professionals.

The BCC Iccrea Group, in line with its commitment to women's empowerment and inclusion, provides:

• 1 scholarship worth 3,000 euros, dedicated to female students enrolled in the Faculty of Banking, Finance and Insurance Sciences in the following degree courses: LM Actuarial sciences, risk and data analysis; LM Applied data science for banking and finance; LM Banking & Finance; LM Economics of financial markets and intermediaries.

The Talent Acquisition of the BCC Iccrea Group through the Warm up your Skill workshop "Live the assessment experience and train your skills" offers an ad hoc assessment experience that includes:

• evaluation of potential;
• training of one's skills with the aim of providing basic knowledge on the transversal skills (the so-called soft skills) most sought after by companies and in the labour market;
• Setting up a development plan

The workshop includes a customized design based on the needs of the target audience and can be divided into one or more days in attendance depending on the needs expressed.
