The aim of the course is to give female students access to an informal learning process in which, by observing Banco BPM professionals during their working day and participating in selected situations, they will be able to acquire a greater understanding of the specific work activities they are interested in, thanks to close contact and a privileged point of view.

Proposal addressed to two female students of the master's degrees. Participants will be awarded 1 supernumerary ECTS.

Duration: three meetings over a month between January and June 2026

To participate, it is necessary to register online by 15/12/25. The selection will be made by Banco BPM, which will inform the students of how to participate.

The aim of the course is to support the personal and professional development of young female students through mentoring, through a path structured in a series of "One-to-One" meetings, on issues related to career orientation and integration into the world of work, in which Mentees and Mentors will be able to exchange ideas, discuss the progress made and set goals for further development.

Duration: five meetings from February to July 2026

To participate, it is necessary to register online by 19/2/26. The selection will be made by Banco BPM, which will inform the students of how to participate.
