Building diverse teams, stimulating innovation and fostering a fair and representative culture is at the heart of Inclusive Recruitment. Now more than ever, companies that want to attract and retain the best talent know that inclusivity is not just a value, but a real strategic priority. This approach is also a fundamental step for BPER. An inclusive selection process not only contributes to creating a fairer and more respectful work environment, but has a direct impact on company performance and people's satisfaction.

The students will participate in a half-day event during which they will understand the importance of inclusive language in selection: a fundamental tool for creating a fair environment and reducing unconscious biases in evaluation processes. Starting from an effective CV to how to prepare for an interview and optimize the social profile. It will be an opportunity to learn about effective models and listen to recruiters' testimonials.

To participate, it is necessary to register online by 13/2/26. The selection will be made by Bper Banca, which will inform the students of how to participate.
