Involvement in an activity that involves observing a professional in their work to gain a better understanding of the role. The purpose of shadowing is to gain insight rather than hands-on experience. For the same purpose, participation in meetings, moments of exchange of experiences and networking opportunities with managers could be formative. Participants will be awarded 1 supernumerary ECTS.
