The initiative offers the opportunity to interact with Managers in the Audit & Assurance area who have significant work experience in financial sectors such as Banking and Insurance. The selected professionals will actively participate in the coaching and internal training programs of the Deloitte network and will try to act as a source of inspiration for the future leaders of tomorrow, whatever their field of specialization.

Participants in the project will receive one-to-one coaching sessions. The main objective will be to instill confidence, motivation and stimuli through feedback and advice on key leadership skills such as effective communication, problem solving, time management and team development.

Duration: 7 months from December 2025 to May 2026

To participate, it is necessary to register online by 28/11/25. The selection will be made by Deloitte, which will inform the students of how to participate.
