Crédit Agricole Italia considers the enhancement of people, gender equality and the culture of inclusion to be central elements of its identity.

For this reason, it offers 2 scholarships worth 2,500 euros each, dedicated to female students with an academic background of excellence. The winners, in addition to the financial contribution, will have the opportunity to live a training experience within the Company, participating in a meeting on the theme of Women's Empowerment and Diversity & Inclusion between February/June 2026. The meeting will offer the opportunity to:

• get to know Crédit Agricole Italia and the initiatives put in place to promote the growth of female leadership
• deepen the evolution of inclusion projects and the results obtained in recent years

The initiative is reserved for female students enrolled in master's degree courses and is proposed as an opportunity to combine training, direct experience and commitment to the values of inclusion.

Crédit Agricole's "Diversity Month" is an annual initiative that, usually in November, takes place to promote and reflect on the issues of inclusion and the enhancement of differences, with events and training activities for colleagues. The Group is committed to creating a work environment in which the uniqueness of each person is an asset, deepening aspects such as gender diversity, generational diversity and respect for all differences.
