What is the internship
The Curricular Internship with ECTS is provided for by the teaching system of the Master's Degree in "Innovation and Digital Entrepreneurship" of the Faculty of Economics and Law.
It consists of a teaching and training activity, which the student spends in the company; It is in no way configured as a work activity and is an integral part of the educational process of the degree course for the achievement of the objectives indicated in the study regulations.
Therefore, it must be approved as such by the Faculty Tutor before it begins.

How to activate it
For information on internship activation, the student fills in the "Internship Application" form on BLACKBOARD in the Internship section relating to the respective degree course.

There are 3 types of internships:
- curricular internship with credits, compulsory or optional
- optional curricular internship without credits
- extracurricular internships for graduates. This type can be activated through Università Cattolica within 12 months of graduation.

There are no particular constraints related to the interruption of the internship period. It is possible to interrupt it at any time, giving written justification as long as the minimum duration of the internship to obtain training credits is respected.
The participation allowance for the curricular internship is at the discretion of the host company.
The curricular internship activities with CFU, once all the obligations provided for by the internship regulations have been completed and fulfilled, i.e. collection by the internship tutor of the internship agenda, company evaluation questionnaire and attachment 8 (evaluation of the teacher on the internship report), must be recorded in the same way as the profit exams, by regularly registering for the exams on the established dates.
- Registration will not require physical presence, it is only mandatory to register for the exam within 4 days of the scheduled date;
- No convocation will be sent (teams or other);
- The assignment of the internship credits is displayed in the career.
