Innovation Manager

He/she knows how to create new products, processes or business models with digital content, capable of producing value for customers. He then manages complex projects ranging from the identification of innovative ideas to their implementation and commercialization on the market, also coordinating the work of project teams.

They know the main ICT technologies, create and use databases, and apply them to business processes and products/services for the market.

He has skills:

  • in the identification and analysis of customer needs;
  • in the mechanisms for the protection, including legal, of innovation;
  • in the management of creative processes and the generation of new ideas;
  • in the management of complex projects for the development and market launch of new products, processes or solutions, with attention also to environmental and social sustainability.

He also has budgeting and financial skills.

Project manager in medium and large companies in the ICT sector, responsible for the development and implementation of innovation projects within the company or carried out by promoting a network of relationships with external parties, according to the Open Innovation model.

He/she analyzes the business models of a target company, in any sector, and knows how to develop and lead digitization projects aimed at increasing its competitiveness.

  • plan and lead digital technology implementation projects.
