The graduate degree programme in Management and Digital Innovation aims to train innovation managers and professionals capable of leading digital transformation processes in companies and financial intermediaries. The course adopts a learning-by-doing approach, developed in collaboration with a wide network of companies, banks and operators in the IT sector.
The training experience is articulated not only through classroom activities, but also through workshops, seminars, project work and business games, complemented by mentoring activities with managers and experts in the sector. Internships, micro-internships, hackathons and business challenges are qualifying elements of the course and contribute to transforming the classroom into a real innovation laboratory.
Courses take place in the first three semesters, while the last semester of the second year is entirely dedicated to the compulsory curricular internship and the writing of the final thesis.
