The AI-driven Business Models Master is structured around two complementary learning paths: AI in Strategy and AI in Action, each composed of six integrated modules. The AI in Strategy path provides a solid foundation in the strategic, legal, ethical, and economic dimensions of AI. It equips participants with the vision and analytical tools to understand how AI reshapes business models and competitive landscapes. The AI in Action path focuses on operational implementation and concrete experiences, offering a hands-on approach to applying AI across key business functions - from marketing and HR to operations and many sector-specific innovation examples.

Together, these two paths ensure a full-spectrum learning journey, blending long-term strategic approach with practical execution. By combining strategic vision and execution, this dual structure gives participants the tools to lead AI transformation with a strong foundation and practical insight.
