The Executive MBA AI-Driven Business Models is a 2nd level Master’s program* promoted by the School of Economics and ICRIM – the International Center of Research in International Management.

The Executive MBA AI-Driven Business Models originates from the growing relevance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in business and from the launch of the elective course of the same title within the MIB – Master in International Business, Executive class, established for the 2024/25 academic year in collaboration with Microsoft Italy.

The program aims to address the increasing demand for advanced AI competencies in business management. It is designed to train leaders capable of integrating AI into organizational decision-making and strategic processes, as well as professionals able to implement AI-driven functional and process transformations.

The Executive MBA AI-Driven Business Models offers a multidisciplinary approach, combining advanced theory, case studies, and hands-on projects to ensure participants gain comprehensive and immediately applicable knowledge.

Building on existing academic and professional training programs that explore the technical, scientific, cultural, ethical, and legal complexities of Artificial Intelligence, this Executive MBA adds a distinctive business and economic perspective. It focuses on the practical applications of AI in defining and transforming business models, with particular emphasis on key areas such as supply chain management, marketing, human resources, and technological innovation.

Through collaboration with the AI-Driven Business Transformation Lab, participants will also have access to advanced research resources, real-world experiences, and networking opportunities with experts and leading companies operating at the forefront of AI innovation.
