The Executive Master in AI-Driven Business Models is a 2nd level postgraduate program promoted by Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore’s School of Economics and designed by ICRIM – the International Center of Research in International Management. The Master builds on the successful experience of the “AI-Driven Business Models” elective course within the MIB – Master in International Business, Executive Class, developed in collaboration with Microsoft Italy, as well as on the strong outcomes of its first edition, which confirmed the relevance and impact of the program in addressing the growing demand for AI-driven managerial competencies.

The program is further strengthened by institutional partnerships with IBM, the Accenture Alumni Association (AAA), and the Italy–Brazil Friendship Association.

The Master is designed to meet the growing demand for advanced managerial competencies in Artificial Intelligence. It aims to train leaders capable of strategically integrating AI into business processes, guiding data-driven decision-making, and managing the functional and organizational transformation enabled by AI technologies.

  • lead AI-based innovation initiatives across key business functions
  • translate AI potential into measurable competitive and operational advantages
  • manage the strategic, organizational, and investment implications of AI adoption

The program adopts a multidisciplinary and strongly practice-oriented approach, combining advanced theoretical frameworks, real-world case studies, executive lectures, and applied projects developed in collaboration with companies and technology partners.

While building upon existing academic and professional programs that address the technical, ethical, legal, and societal dimensions of Artificial Intelligence, the Executive Master in AI-Driven Business Models offers a distinctive focus on the economic and managerial perspective. Special attention is given to the application of AI in key areas such as supply chain management, marketing and customer engagement, human resources, and technological innovation.
