Participants profile

The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree (various backgrounds accepted) as an essential requirement to join the program and, preferably, a few years of work experience. A good command of the English language (both oral and written) is also a mandatory requirement. Key personal attributes include a natural inclination toward collaboration, interpersonal communication, and teamwork, combined with an openness to intercultural contexts. Suitable candidates include:

  • C-suite executives and senior decision-makers, such as CEOs, CIOs, and COOs, seeking to understand how AI transforms business models and governance frameworks
  • Functional and business area directors and high potentials interested in applying AI to processes such as marketing, HR, operations, and innovation.
  • Technology and data professionals who wish to broaden their role with strategic and organizational competencies.
  • Consultants and transformation specialists supporting companies in digital and AI-related change processes.
  • Investors, analysts, and startup founders aiming to design, evaluate, or scale AI-based ventures with a focus on long-term sustainability and regulatory awareness.

This Master is particularly suited for individuals motivated to engage in AI-driven transformation across organizations, and who are seeking to align their academic background and professional goals with the evolving demands of the global innovation economy.

The Master participants may have various academic backgrounds (in Agriculture, Chemistry, Economics, Literature and Philosophy, Mathematics, Computer Science, Medicine, Psychology, Political Sciences, IT, Law, Engineering, Sociology, Statistics) and must hold a Master’s Degree (Laurea specialistica D.M. 509/99; Laurea magistrale (D.M. 270/04); Diploma di laurea (Legge 341/90), valid equivalent foreign academic title.

An excellent command of the English language (both oral and written) is essential.

Good knowledge of a second language (beyond mother tongue) among Chinese (Mandarin), French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Urdu is considered as a preferential admission criterion.
