Call for applications 2024/25 - PLACES AVAILABLE IN THE FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD YEAR
On-line Registration Procedure

EU and non-EU citizens legally residing in Italy enrolled at another university (either Italian or foreign), in a degree programme in Pharmacy and Industrial Pharmacy (class LM-13) may apply for transfer for places available in the second or third year of the integrated degree programme in Pharmacy (a.y. 2024/2025) if their academic career is deemed suitable. The decision will be made on the basis of the study plan:

  • of the first year of the UC degree programme in Pharmacy (annex "B" of the call for applications) for transfers to the second year of the programme;
  • of the first and second year of the UC degree programme in Pharmacy (annex "B" of the call for applications) for transfers to the third year of the programme.

 Between 3 June and 10 September 2024 students wishing to apply for a transfer must:

  • Carry out the online procedure;
  • Pay the participation fee of € 120; the payment slip can be downloaded at the end of the registration procedure;
  • Send the following documentation by certified mail to concorsi.medicina@pec.ucsc.it (indicating in the subject line Surname Name - Pharmacy Transfer Application 2024/25):

and must also provide:

  • University certificate with exams (including Academic Disciplines, ECTS and grades obtained);
  • Certificates of attendance of all integrated courses (even those not taken);
  • Programmes of the integrated courses taken, with the stamp of the university to which they belong.

Students coming from a foreign degree programme must produce the programmes (on the letterhead of the foreign university or endorsed with the stamp of the university itself) of all the subjects included in the foreign curriculum, with their official translation into Italian.

 

Transfer requests will be evaluated by a special Commission for the evaluation of access requirements. The outcome of the transfer requests will be announced by public notice from 26 September 2024.

From the same date and until 4 October 2024, students deemed suitable for transfer will be able to enrol.
