The Undergraduate Programme in International Business Management, entirely taught in English, provides students with the analytical and managerial foundations needed to understand and operate within global business environments. The three-year curriculum integrates economics, management, law, and quantitative disciplines with a strong focus on soft skills, personal development, and digital innovation.

Students engage in experiential learning activities, including a curricular internship (10 ECTS) that connects academic knowledge with real business practice. The programme also features a "Vertical" specialisation (15 ECTS) on industry excellence, international exchange opportunities, and a Double Degree pathway. This distinctive option allows students to complete part of their studies at a partner university abroad and graduate with two recognised qualifications.

The programme in International Business Management is a curriculum of the undergraduate degree in Economia aziendale (Business Administration).

Learning objectives

The programme aims to equip students with the knowledge and competencies required to understand, manage, and innovate within international business contexts. It develops analytical and strategic thinking, a fundamental grasp of organisational processes, and the ability to interpret global market dynamics and data analysis for effective decision-making.

Thought leadership, teamwork, cross-cultural communication, and ethical awareness will develop throughout the three years; particular emphasis is placed on essential elements for responsible and inclusive management. Students are also encouraged to strengthen their soft skills and personal development, preparing them to adapt and thrive in diverse professional and cultural environments.

Practical learning components, such as the curricular internship, project work, and entrepreneurship labs, enable students to apply theoretical frameworks to real-world business challenges. The "Vertical" specialisation further supports professional orientation, allowing students to focus on a specific industry of excellence.
