Workshops
A characteristic of Arts, Media And Performance Studies is the supplementary didactic offer of professionalizing activities, in which to work concretely under the guidance of professionals. Each year of study includes several workshops.
A 2 ECTS workshop includes 30 hours of shared work, as well as personal or group in-depth study. The workshops are built in a way that is consistent with the three training profiles.
Workshop
The workshop is both an educational and professional activity, which has as its referent a lecturer of the Arts, Media And Performance Studies degree programme. In terms of content and commitment, it can be equivalent to an internship (150 hours equivalent to 6 ECTS).
Admission to the workshop takes place through a selection based on the candidate's curriculum and an interview that verifies the degree of motivation and aptitude.
The workshops already scheduled for the academic year 2023/2024 are:
- Journalistic editing and multimedia production ("Voce del Popolo");
- Press office activities (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore);
- Dramaturgy for theatre and entertainment (Wonderland Festival);
- Cataloguing and curatorial assistance (Brescia Musei and Fondazione Leonesia).
- Organizational activity and curatorship assistance (Festival Meccaniche della Meraviglia di Brescia).

Institutional
Dams often collaborates with local institutions in their communication: learning by doing, but playing on shared values!
On 8 March 2025, many cinemas in Lombardy will screen the short film produced by the State Police (Brescia) and the network "At school against violence against women" with the participation of an "our" production team. Here is a trailer-excerpt.
In October 2024, Amina and Teresa collaborated with the pastoral and missionary offices of the Curia on a project on Interculture. Here is their video!
Events
The audiovisual production workshop led by Stefano Bianchi (Febo Film) is working in 2024-25 on the communication of an event at the Brescia Conservatory: the staging of Donizetti's "Rita". Here is a "vertical" for the launch of the event.
