Don Raffaele Maiolini, Director of the I.S.S.R. of Brescia, describes its main characteristics
The Higher Institute of Religious Sciences is promoted by the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, at the Brescia campus.
Its purpose is the formation in theological knowledge, on a strictly scientific level, of qualified operators, with particular attention to the teaching of the Catholic religion and to the life of the Christian community.
The courses of study, connected with the Theological Faculty of Northern Italy - Milan, are three-year (Baccalaureate in Religious Studies) and two-year specialist (Licentiate in Religious Studies) (3+2).
