The first year of the course is aimed at introducing the basic criteria in the Areas of Organization and Management, Training and Education and Research and Innovation.
Organization and Management Area
- Know the general bases of law, the principles of local autonomy and the rules of health organization within public and private bodies;
- Know theoretical and methodological elements of design;
- Plan and implement interventions for the implementation and optimization of human resources within the rehabilitation team;
- evaluation and enhancement of the roles of the different professional figures in multidisciplinary projects.
Training and Education Area
- Models for the evaluation and verification of educational projects, particularly in adulthood;
- organization of basic training processes;
- planning of corporate training and design of training events;
- to know the different populations from a socio-cultural point of view.
Research and Innovation Area
- Know the fundamentals of the different scientific disciplines that include the field of welfare, rehabilitation and technical health professions in the rehabilitation area;
- qualitative/quantitative research methodology;
- learning cultural, organizational and research references in rehabilitation medicine;
The second year of the course is aimed at contextualizing the training course in the different structures of the professions for the application of management, training and research skills to the reality of the world of work.
Organization and Management Area
- Acquire and know how to use skills aimed at promoting and supporting innovation, creativity and organizational change;
- learn the psychological aspects of both individual and group work behaviour;
- Learn the basic concepts of business economics applied to health systems: public health, private and accredited private healthcare.
- Training and Education Area
- Study of the different training and assistance models;
- design and organization of an undergraduate and graduate degree course, first and second level master's degrees in second-class professions;
- methodological and didactic aspects of training, tutorial teaching;
- analysis of conflicts in professional relationships, management of problems in the professional field and between teachers and students.
Research and Innovation Area
- To train learners in the theoretical aspects of statistical analysis, clinical and epidemiological studies;
- deepen the knowledge of the aspects of research in rehabilitation with reference to all professions in the rehabilitation area.
Courses in the various scientific-disciplinary sectors will be carried out with:
- lectures;
- theoretical-practical exercises;
- laboratory activities;
- internship activities. The training internship can be carried out at faculty facilities, Public and Private Health Authorities accredited with the NHS. Internship stays at other Italian or foreign universities can be organised, according to agreements stipulated on the national territory and international exchange projects;
- APDI seminars in-depth study of the different disciplines.
