What is an internship?
The internship in a company is a training experience in a work setting in which the student has an opportunity to integrate knowledge, practice and personal skills.
As interns, students get a chance to work side by side with accomplished industry professionals, they get an opportunity to grow from a professional and personal point of view, they also expand and enrich their CV. The internship is thus an important part of the students' overall study programme.

There are 3 categories:
1) curricular internship with credits (compulsory or optional)
2) curricular internship with NO credits (always optional)
3) extracurricular internship: for graduates and can be started only within 12 months after graduation day

Starting from the autumn exam session in September 2021, once you have completed your internship, and once you have fulfilled all the requirements provided for in the internship regulations for your degree programme, curricular internship activities to which ECTS are allocated must be registered in the same way as profit exams. You must therefore enrol for the exams on the established dates. Please note:
- Your physical presence is not required;
- Registration for a session closes four days before the scheduled session date;
- You will not receive any convocation (Teams or otherwise) at the time of the registration of the mark;
- You will then find the approval of your internship in your academic records.
