The proposed formats are:
-ROLE PLAYING | Structured exercises and simulations with a focus on soft skills.
Goal: recreate real work situations to evaluate participants in a controlled environment and observe their behavior,
enhancing the ability to manage group dynamics and conflict resolution.
The Career Service office of the Università Cattolica, Piacenza and Cremona Campuses, in cooperation with “Comitato Università Mondo del Lavoro” companies is pleased to offer some career guidance activities focused on technical, soft, digital and green skills.

Booking will be possible up until two days before the initiative itself.
These activities are mandatory and are included in courses focused on career guidance initiatives.
It is mandatory to attend a minimum of four events in preparation for the activation of a curricular internship.
