The job interview, along with the Curriculum Vitae, is the first point of contact between the recruiter and the candidate and the first way to let the recruiter know your professional and personal characteristics, to demonstrate what makes you a good candidate and to test the fit between you and an organization.
During individual sessions, Recruiters will give you advice and tips to improve your presentation of yourself and your skills, and to customize your presentation for each job application.
