Hope as a “Critical M.A.S.S.”: A multidiscplinary framework for hope scholarship, assessment, and interventions
- Anthony SCIOLI, is Professor of Clinical Psychology at Keene State College and member of the Graduate Faculty at the University of Rhode Island (USA). Professor Scioli trained at Harvard University and its medical school in Human Motivation and Behavioral Medicine. He is a former Associate Editor for APA’s journal for the Psychology of Religion and Spirituality and a Consulting Editor for the Journal of Positive Psychology. Professor Scioli He founded The Hope Institute and has written several books on hope, including Hope in the Age of Anxiety (Oxford University Press); He is also co-editor of The Oxford Compendium of Hope (Oxford University Press, Dec. 2025).
