Cutting-edge developments in sensor technologies for food and beverage industry

Brescia

Sensors are currently playing a central role in revolutionizing food quality tracking, offering many advantages that contribute to enhanced safety, efficiency, and transparency in the food industry.
This workshop aims to explore the cutting-edge developments in sensor technologies that revolutionize the monitoring and tracking of food quality throughout the supply chain, including technologies based on optical and plasmonic sensors, vibrational spectroscopies, electronic noses and gas sensors. With a focus on enhancing food safety, freshness, and traceability, the workshop will focus into the latest advancements in sensor design, data analytics, and integration strategies. Participants will gain insights into novel sensor applications, including real-time monitoring and the use of artificial intelligence for predictive analysis.
