The workshops are an essential part of the educational offer of the degree programme and aim to provide specific skills on the enhancement of territorial resources and the acquisition of practical knowledge in the management of tourism businesses, also through the presentation of case studies and problem solving exercises.
The laboratories and practical exercises also provide advanced and specialized skills in the various sectors of resource enhancement and in the organization of tourism businesses, also in the form of start-ups.
