Course Outline
The degree course responds to the need to create professionals with a strong awareness and knowledge of the socio-political and economic dynamics that characterize the contemporary international reality.
It is characterized by a strong multidisciplinary orientation, which is initially divided into a common path, during which basic skills are acquired in the areas of law, economics, business, sociology, statistics, history and political science, with adequate linguistic support.
Starting from the second year, the course of study offers the opportunity to acquire specific skills, with study plans that can be traced back to two curricula, from which the student can choose according to his or her interests and professional goals.
Profiles
The educational objective of the curriculum is to transmit a wealth of interdisciplinary knowledge aimed at building analytical skills adequate for understanding the articulated interactions between society, institutions and the economy, in order to contribute, within public, private and non-profit entities, to the promotion of development and cohesion of the territory.
The educational objective of the curriculum is to develop the internationalist perspective through the transmission of interdisciplinary skills necessary to grasp the emerging features of a global society, in which people, institutions, international organizations, NGOs and companies must face increasingly demanding challenges and seize new opportunities, with particular regard to international and interethnic relations and co-development.
Credits
To obtain the three-year degree, 180 university credits (CFU) are required, which are acquired to the extent of about 60 each year with evaluation tests both for the courses and for other supplementary teaching forms. Each exam is awarded a certain number of credits, the same for all students, and a grade (expressed in thirtieths) that varies according to the level of preparation, or a suitability for the laboratories. The mark awarded to the final examination is expressed in one hundred and ten.
