Two profiles are active for the degree programme in Philosophy:
Course Outline
The course is divided into three years according to a careful structuring of the teaching load distributed over four areas:
- historical-philosophical field characterized by the teachings of History of ancient, medieval, modern and contemporary philosophy;
- ethical-anthropological field characterized by the teachings of Moral Philosophy, Philosophical Anthropology and Social Ethics;
- logical-epistemological field characterized by the teachings of Logic, Philosophy of Science and History of Science;
- theoretical-metaphysical area characterized by the teachings of Ontology and Theoretical Philosophy.
The student then has the opportunity to complete his education by choosing optional area courses also in view of the preparation of the degree thesis.
