Presentation of the programme

The programme aims to train people who, through curricular profiles in line with the current and future needs of the labour market, are able to operate at different levels in companies, consulting firms, professional firms, public administrations and companies operating in the health sector. Watch the video presentation of the programme

The training programme, inspired by the centrality of the student, is based on a multidisciplinary and integrated approach between the different fields of knowledge that converge in economics and business management (economics, business, law, mathematics, statistics, linguistic and computer science). The teaching activity - interactive and based on lectures, group work, business cases and meetings with managers and experts - allows students to acquire the tools, analysis methodologies and skills necessary to understand, analyse and evaluate the economic context and company operations. 

The degree programme in Economics and Management of Services is organised into three curricular profiles:

  • Management for the Enterprise
  • Professional and Business Consulting
  • Management for Healthcare

The profile in Management for the Enterprise offers students a solid and quality training aimed at business management and management consulting in the various business functions and in the different classes of companies operating in general economic contexts.

The Professional Services and Business Consulting profile (in agreement with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome) offers students training mainly oriented to the exercise of the freelance profession and to the activity of consulting small and medium-sized enterprises.

The profile in Management for Healthcare allows the student to acquire the managerial skills and knowledge to operate in the field of public and private healthcare.

 

Credits

180 credits (ECTS) are required for the achievement of the three-year undergraduate degree, of which 60 are normally acquired each year by passing assessment tests in relation to both the courses taught and those covered by other supplementary forms of teaching. Each course is awarded a given number of credits, the same for all students, and a grade (expressed out of 30) that varies according to the student's level of preparation. The overall evaluation is expressed out of 110.
