The degree programme normally lasts three years. The course activities can be divided into:
- basic training activities with the aim of learning the subjects necessary to understand the primary and secondary scientific-disciplinary sectors, related to Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry, Physiology, Biochemistry, Biology and Anatomy;
- training activities characterizing the degree course with the aim of learning the subjects necessary to understand the specific knowledge of the sector to which they belong, inherent to the Pharmaceutical and Technological, Chemical, Biological and Medical disciplines;
- other activities with the aim of learning subjects related or supplementary to the basic and characterizing subjects inherent to the technical-scientific disciplines of the sector to which they belong;
- foreign language, additional language skills, computer and relational skills, internship and more;
- training activities relating to internships and training placements in companies, public or private administrations, including those of the third sector, professional orders and colleges, on the basis of specific agreements (Article 10, paragraph 5, letter e) of Ministerial Decree no. 270/2004).
The Council of the competent teaching structure regulates the modalities of the final examination, which must take into account the student's entire career, the time taken to acquire training credits, the evaluations of previous training activities and the final examination.
