Study plan

The candidate must take 10 exams (for a total of 70 ECTS) during the two years, and take at least four exams in the first year (excluding internships), in order to be admitted to the second year of the course, according to the following procedures:

  • 3 exams of Art History 1 - 30 ECTS
  • 2 exams of Museology and Museography - 10 CFU
  • 3 exams of the scope 3 of Conservation, Diagnostics and Restoration - 15 CFU
  • 1 exam of area 4 of Economics, Management and Communication - 5 CFU
  • 1 exam of area 5 of Legislation relating to cultural heritage - 10 CFU

 

During the two years, the student must carry out internships and/or internships (at the University, Superintendencies, Museums or other similar public or private institutions) for a total of 30 credits (internship 10 credits – internship 20 credits).

The School's course of study concludes with a final exam consisting of the discussion of a paper with the characteristics of a scientific-professional project (specialization thesis), with a judgment that also takes into account the evaluations reported in the annual exams for a total of 20 ECTS. The specialization title issued by the Specialisation Schools previously
activated at universities is equivalent to that issued by schools established with the reorganization of the Ministerial Decree of 31-1-2006.
