Master's degree graduates in Clinical and Health Psychology: from the hospital to the community can work in different contexts, both public and private, in which specialized preparation in the field of mental health and psychological well-being is required. In particular, they can be placed in:
- public health authorities (ASL, AO, IRCCS);
- accredited private hospitals;
- local services for mental health, child neuropsychiatry, addictions and rehabilitation;
- centers for cognitive disorders and dementia (CDCD), nursing homes (RSA) and hospices;
- family counselling, perinatal services, school and university psychological helpdesks;
- Third Sector entities, social cooperatives and NGOs active in the promotion of psychosocial well-being.
The master's degree qualifies for the profession of Psychologist and allows registration with the Order. Graduates can undertake the freelance profession or continue their studies in Specialization Schools that qualify for the practice of psychotherapy, specialization courses, II level Masters and Research Doctorates.
