The seminar, held in English, will address the theme of dyslexia as a reading disorder linked to audiovisual synchronization deficits and the central role of executive functions. The results of an experimental study investigating the effects of visual-rhythmic training on neural connectivity and reading fluency in children with dyslexia will be discussed.
Tzipi HOROWITZ-KRAUS
Associate Professor at the Faculty of Education in Science and Technology and the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, where he directs the Educational Neuroimaging Group (ENIG). She is also an associate professor at the Kennedy Krieger Institute and the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
