The Master in International Management - MINT is a first-level university master's program that develops the skills and competencies of participants, deemed essential for working in multinational or Italian companies or firms with a strong inclination toward internationalization. This may take the form of exports, production decentralization initiatives, acquisitions of companies in other countries, or the establishment of foreign branches.

The International Management - Mint curriculum focuses on internationally recognized knowledge and skills that are particularly professionalizing in the areas of business strategy, marketing, finance, organization, and cross-cultural personnel management.
