How to enrol in NON-MEDICAL Specialisation Schools

The documents for enrolment are:
- Enrolment application directed to the Rector available on his/her personal page; (to be printed only if it was not produced automatically)
- Self-certification of Degree and Qualification;
- copy of the appointment as Person in charge of the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 30 of Legislative Decree 196/2003
- copy of the payment of the first instalment;
- a jpg passport photo;
- Health surveillance form signed for acknowledgement;
- photocopy of an identity document and photocopy of the tax code;
The documentation must be sent, in a single pdf file, by certified email to the master.scuolespecializzazioni-rm@pec.ucsc.it address by entering your Name, Surname and the name of the Postgraduate School in the Subject.
