Call for applications for non-medical schools

Specialisation schools in the non-medical area are aimed at non-medical graduates. They have a limited number of students, therefore enrolment is subject to passing an admission competition based on qualifications and examinations. The procedures for conducting the admission competition and the indications regarding enrolment are established in a specific notice of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. 

The call for applications for non-medical specialisation schools for the academic year 2025/26 will be published after summer 2026.

Qualifications required for admission to Specialisation Schools in the NON-MEDICAL health area:

master's degree in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics (class LM-46 or class 52/S) or a degree from the old system in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics. In addition, both the qualification to practice the profession of dentist in Italy and registration in the relevant professional register are required, which must be possessed at the time of registration

Master's degree in Pharmacy and Industrial Pharmacy (Class LM 13), Master's degree in Pharmacy and Industrial Pharmacy (Class 14/S) as well as the degrees of the old system in Pharmacy and Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology(s ). In addition, both the qualification to practice the profession in Italy and registration in the relevant professional register are required, which must be held at the time of registration

master's degree or specialist degree in Physics (class LM-17 or class 20/S) or a four-year degree from the old system in Physics

  • Master's degree in Biology (class LM-6), in Medical, veterinary and pharmaceutical biotechnology (class LM-9), in Industrial biotechnology (class LM-8), in Agricultural and  food biotechnology (class LM-7), as well as the corresponding specialist degrees and those of the regulations prior to the Ministerial Decree. 509/1999. In addition, both the qualification to practice the profession in Italy and registration in the relevant professional register are required, which must be held at the time of registration;
