How to enrol in MEDICAL Specialisation Schools
Did you pass the admission competition? Find out here the enrolment procedure that you can do online.
To carry out the online enrolment procedure for the Postgraduate Programme, access the Online Enrolment Portal and then:
- Register as a candidate (student)
- Confirm the personal account in the return email
- Log in with the named account you have been assigned and the password you have created
- complete the personal data
- click on the "COMPETITION REGISTRATION" button
- select the Postgraduate School to which you have been assigned
- confirm personal data
- Click "NEXT" to bypass the request for any help for the test (if proposed)
- enter the qualification you have
COMPETITION REGISTRATION COMPLETED!!
Once you have completed the registration phase for the competition, check that your status is "ADMITTED" and proceed as follows:
1) Click on the top right of the menu then:
- click on "ENROLMENT", follow the online pre-enrolment procedure;
- download the PagoPa of the first instalment;
- prints, completes and signs the enrolment application consisting of 4 documents;
- Upload the 4 documents separately in their respective upload sections.
N. B. For Health Surveillance (CONVOCATION OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION) please do not consider what has been downloaded in Annex 3 (page 11) but refer, starting from 7 October 2026, to the correct web page: click here!
According to the competition notice D.D. no. 77 of 21/05/2026, art. 9 paragraph 8, letter C "upon enrolment at the University, the candidate must show the University, according to the procedures defined by the individual universities, documentation proving the possession of the digital identity referred to in the SPID public system."

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 286 of 25 July 1998, as amended. and amendments, containing the "Consolidated text of the provisions concerning the discipline of immigration and rules on the condition of the foreigner" and, in particular, Article 39, paragraph 5, according to which access to higher technical education or higher education courses and to university specialization schools is in any case allowed, on equal terms with Italian students:
a) to foreign "holders" of an EU residence permit for long-term residents, a residence permit for subordinate work, for self-employment, for family reasons, for asylum, for subsidiary protection, for religious reasons, for the reasons referred to in Articles 18, 18-bis, 20-bis, 22, paragraph 12-quarter, and 42-bis, residence permit issued pursuant to Article 32, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree No. 25 of 28 January 2008;
b) to foreigners legally residing for at least one year in possession of an upper secondary school qualification obtained in Italy;
c) to foreigners, wherever they reside, in possession of all the general conditions required for entry for study and holders of final diplomas from Italian schools abroad or from foreign or international schools, operating in Italy or abroad, subject to bilateral agreements or special regulations for the recognition of qualifications;
NB: the residence permit must pre-exist (or be renewed) at the time of enrolment in the specialisation school and not required for the first time for the purposes of enrolment itself.
