Team focus on equal opportunities, inclusion and organizational well-being - 2025 edition

The second edition of the Focus Teams project on equal opportunities, inclusion and organizational well-being has been launched, the adhesion, also on this occasion, was very heartfelt.

Once the selection of candidates for the composition of the new groups has been completed, the working sessions will be organized and will take place between April and June.

We remind you that this is a social participation initiative envisaged by the University Strategic Plan for 2023-2025, developed in collaboration with the Equal Opportunities Committee. It involves students, teaching staff and technical-administrative staff so that they are direct actors in virtuous processes of change through the promotion and dissemination of an open and aware culture on the issues of inclusion, equal opportunities and organizational well-being. This approach serves to stimulate dialogue and discussion on the topics of the project in order to generate creative actions that respond to the real needs of the university community, starting from the knowledge and awareness of how much and how the University already operates at these levels.

Taking a snapshot of the results of the first edition, the 31 participants including students, teachers and technical-administrative staff put forward proposals that have been accepted and which, today, are concrete lines of project action.

The diagram below illustrates the projects launched as a result of the 2024 edition of the Focus Teams.

The set of initiatives and services activated at the University on the issues of equal opportunities and inclusion will be presented in the coming months, in a public moment dedicated to the entire university community.
