Gender cultures and strategies to promote equality in companies and public administrations

Conceived and promoted by the Interuniversity Research Centre for Gender Cultures, the course sees the seven Milanese universities that are part of it (University of Milan, University of Milano-Bicocca, Polytechnic of Milan, Luigi Bocconi University, Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, University of Languages and Communication–IULM, Catholic University of the Sacred Heart) collaborate in synergy.

The aim is to train professionals with the culture, preparation and skills necessary to promote, especially in business contexts, effective and innovative solutions to combat persistent discriminatory phenomena. With this in mind, the educational path is aimed at those who work or intend to operate in public administrations and companies, public or private, and who need to acquire the necessary tools to develop policies, practices, organizational solutions oriented towards gender equality objectives, also useful for achieving the gender equality certification referred to in Law no. 162 of 2021.
