BDO launches the Audit Mentoring Program, an initiative designed to enhance female talent and accompany you on a concrete path of orientation, growth and professional development!

How to participate in the Audit Mentoring Program?
- Apply by sending your CV to the email noemi.adani@bdo.it no later than November 14 , 2025.
- After submitting your application, you will receive an email from the HR team with the link to complete the AssessFirst Online Assessment, a tool that will help us learn more about your potential and motivation.
- If you are selected, you will receive a call from our HR and you will take part in the Mentoring project
What does the program consist of?
It is an exclusive and personalized path lasting 5 months (from January to May 2026), designed to support you in your professional growth. You will have the opportunity to be supported by an expert Mentor, who will guide you step by step through individual meetings, online or in person, to help you:
- orient yourself in the world of work,
- define your professional goals,
- enhance your skills and build your future with awareness.
A unique opportunity to compare, learn and grow thanks to the direct experience of those who have already traveled the path you want to take.
The program will be inaugurated with a kick-off event at the BDO headquarters in Milan, scheduled for the first ten days of December.
