"Promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion through Technology"
The initiative is coordinated by Prof. Chiara Frigerio, lecturer of the course "Human Resources Management and Projects". The teaching of the course, in addition to providing the basic tools and skills for the management and development of human resources, includes a more interactive part in which students are asked to develop a group project work on innovative and impactful topics also for the human resources function.
The students will work in teams under the supervision of Crédit Agricole Italia and Deloitte who, at the end of the work, will evaluate the works by choosing three winning teams.
Projects will be evaluated in thirtieths.
The winners will participate in the selections for an internship at Crédit Agricole Italia and Deloitte.
