/ Internships and careers

Internships and career opportunities

The Faculty offers various internship and apprenticeship opportunities, allowing students to apply the skills acquired in concrete work contexts.

Internships and professional training

The curricular internship is a compulsory and fundamental component of the programme, with a minimum duration of 250 hours corresponding to 10 ECTS.
The programme is designed to consolidate the technical-scientific skills acquired during the course, allowing the student to deal directly with the world of work and to connect theory and practice in real contexts.

Students can carry out internships in farms, professional firms, public bodies and agro-industries, with the possibility of both national and international experience, adaptable to the chosen curriculum (STAG or Viticulture and Oenology).

During the internship, an academic tutor supports the student in planning and organising activities, ensuring consistency with the educational objectives of the course and encouraging the acquisition of specific practical and professional skills. The evaluation of the internship is based on regular attendance, the activities carried out, the final report drawn up by the student and the joint judgment of the company tutor and the academic tutor.

This system guarantees complete feedback and helps to prepare the student for a qualified entry into the world of work, enhancing the technical, managerial and professional skills developed during the training course.

The Career Service accompanies students and graduates in entering the world of work, offering orientation tools for business and organizational contexts. The service supports the development of transversal skills, encourages meetings with companies and supports the construction of a conscious and coherent professional path.

Every year over 20,000 students participate in the events organized with more than 100 partner companies and over 9,500 carry out an internship thanks to the support of the Career Service and internship tutors.
