Overview
The Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, on the initiative of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery “A. Gemelli”, the first edition of the second level university Master's course in Development and strategic management of the dentistry market is active for the academic year 2026/27.
The second level university Master's degree lasts one academic year for a total of 60 credits, equal to 1500 hours.
Those who have completed the required training course and passed the relevant assessment tests with a mark out of thirty will be awarded a Second Level University Master's degree in Development and strategic management of the dentistry market.
The University Master's Degree in Strategic Market Development and Management in Dentistry aims to help each participant evolve towards a personalized, rigorous and competitive strategic plan, which finalizes the subjective path on official and objective bases, with practical objectives and always giving an operational meaning to the investment and management of human resources and the market of professional leadership.
The Master is aimed at:
- Graduates of any Master's Degree class
The number of admitted participants is set at a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 40.
To be admitted, candidates must pass a test consisting of a motivational interview.
N.B. In the case of foreign students: the qualification with the grade obtained must be accompanied by an official translation into the legalized Italian language and equipped with a "declaration of value" issued by the competent Italian Embassy or Consulate abroad.
For students coming from non-European countries, the qualification will be subjected to the judgment of the master's board of directors, for the purposes of equivalence aimed exclusively at the university master's degree.
Possession of the qualification to practice the profession of dentistry in Italy or recognition of the title by the Ministry of Health is required only in the case of professional activities; for frontal activities it is not a necessary requirement.
the master's calendar is divided into monthly meetings for 12 months
the lessons will take place at the dental clinic of the University Polyclinic ”A. Gemelli” – IRCCS and/or at host facilities starting in november 2026 and ending in october 2027.
A minimum attendance rate of 75% is required.
The participation fee for the Master is €3500.00. A subsidized fee of €2,500.00 will be applied to graduates/specialists from the Faculty hosting the Master's and a subsidized fee of €2,000.00 will be applied to those who enroll following information activities provided by external companies.
The Master will allow all participants to strengthen their self-employed management skills by projecting them into a corporate vision of dental activity. This will also allow them to offer themselves as consultants to leading companies in the dental sector.
